Bio
Cam Meserve is entering his first season as Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at York County Community College.
Previously Meserve was the Head Coach for St. Dominic Academy where Meserve helped the Saints this past season to 11 school records, 15 automatic state qualifiers, a 3rd place finish in the conference championship - best in program history. Meserve and his team doubled its point production at the conference championship from 94 total points in 2024 to 201 points in 2025.
Meserve helped guide multiple athletes to New England's in 2024 and helped lead St. Doms to a top 5 finish in the 2024 Class B State meet.
Before coaching, Meserve obtained his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management & Coaching from Thomas College. Meserve ran cross country & track at Thomas. Meserve was a 2-year track captain for Lake Region High School.
